Did you know that you can track your lost android phone? iPhone has provided built in feature called Find My Phone for iPhone users. But Google has not provided this type of feature for android users. So how can we track our lost android phones? Let's dig into this.
Track Android Using Google Search:
To track, Your android phone must have internet access either via WiFi or Network. When you loose your phone, Log in to your google account that is associated with that android phone and search for "Find My Phone". Google will locate nearest network tower of it and will locate your phone and display its location.
Once google display the location of your phone, there you will get one more option "Erase and Lock". Once you click on that option all of your data will be deleted remotely and your phone will be locked.
It might be possible that you have lost your phone inside of your house and not able to find it, In this situation you can locate your phone using google search , after this click on "Ring". Your phone will ring for 5 minute even if its in silent mode and you may find it.
